Description Technical Specs
 
The FS is a water bath warmer that is thermostatically controlled to hold products at serving temperature without burning or scorching. Can be used for other hot toppings. It's constructed of stainless steel and ladles directly from a #10 can or stainless steel jar 94009 (included). An adjustable, pre-calibrated thermostat senses the food temperature and turns the heating element on or off as needed.
