All new equipment we offer comes with the full manufacturer warranty. If something breaks down, just give us a call and we will help troubleshoot the problem over the phone.
Should you need a technician to come out and take a look, we will work in conjunction with the manufacturer to make sure you are well taken care of. Normally, a tech will be out to your location between 24 to 48 hours.
All of the new equipment we offer is also supported by an extensive parts network. This means that parts are stocked in the US, regardless of where the actual unit is manufactured. This ensures that you will have access to parts should you need them.
If you have purchased used equipment, keep in mind that any problems must be reported back to us within the first 14 days of receiving the equipment. Returns on used equipment are not accepted. We guarantee working condition of our used equipment, but again, in order for us to cover a problem, we must know within 14 days.
