Sneezeguard (the glass canopy customer views product through) is optional and costs $170 extra. Typically, you can do without the sneezeguard if you plan to dip ice cream behind a counter. Otherwise, you will want to add the sneezguard to your order. The sliding glass lids and the 3 gallon tub holders are included.
